Oh, no. That one was bigger.;) They had a bumper turn out - I think because everyone had seen how bad the forecast for monday was.:rain:

It's amazing the work that must go into some of them - the standard of finish is so good these days. A bit different from years ago when some would be in almost the same condition as when they were working. A mention was made of one of the Sentinel steam waggons which used to only attend the show if it wasn't needed for a job (it wasn't retired until 1980).

It was watching Fred Dibnah literally having orgasms when asked if he want to ride on them..
I can see the enthusiasm, as I said big kudos to those who spend their time resoring.
It's good to see the past being kept alive, you see all ages at these events.
The weather is supposed to be getting better again next week when the kids go back to school.
The kids up here are well back, Mrs Mnor has been back for a fortnight.

There doesn't seem to be room for a 'patina' on antique cars certainly, it's showroom nick or as close as possible. If it was like a bit of early furniture it would be highly suspicious because of how unworn it looked. My bike...that certainly has patina. (Some might say 'dirt' but I'm sticking to 'genuine') :smile:
