Never actually used the train on a ride. Only ever took it to Peterborough once on the train to do a sportive. Stayed there for a couple of nights.

I guess once the clever ones get their education there isn't much to stay around for where you are, and probably head to London to pursue careers.

It's a shame that clever youngsters are forced to leave an area as they would be a great benefit to it, but as you say Mrs D when there is nothing for them they have to take off, and it ends up benefiting another area or possibly country.
