aaah the great british weekend lol,so what yi got planned bob??

25 ml in the bag, weather wet'n'windy but amber alert for wind tomorrow (no, not Mrs Mhor's curry night) so got yesterday and today in..now? a day to settle and watch cycling all afternnon and drink copious amounts of ..

nice one bob, iv got sausage bacon n eggs cookin at min then of for a ride n do abit shopping ect,i did a few mile yesterday not sure how many(40ish) windynook to chester le street route 7to sunderland up the coast to southshields ferry to northshields fishquay (kippers for lunch)then rode to newcastle crossed the river to gateshead n upto windynook.
its goin tobe a nasty day tomorow but want to goto southshieds to see that guy who won xfactor finish his charity ride from glasgow to the sandancer pub.

A lot further than me yesterday..
It takes a lot to move this carcase of mine esp as I've done hillier stuff over the last two days..a local Cat 4...
The last 14 were heavy going due to weather and overall speed was rotten...
