Seem to have missed all the fun tonight. I was down the pub with the local cycle club, planning this Sunday's ride - or that's what they seem to tell their wives. They are talking about going up something called "The Wall" this week. Not sure what I have signed up for.

Predictive text is my real pet hate. That would go into Rom 101. I remember the first text message I ever sent. My mate was a bit late picking me up for a football match and texted to say where to meet him. I tried to say the simplest thing possible, i.e. "OK". It came out as "non". Not only nothing like what I wanted to say, but in fact the exact opposite, and in a different language too.

'Of' comes out as 'Me' that sends me mad, god knows how many texts I have sent with that particular wrong word in it

Morning everyone. My ears were burning, so I knew someone was talking about me, and it was @Donger . if he wants to talk to me he should come onto tea earlier in the evening. . hmm its sunny and abit nippy here today and the winds died down! cant make me mind up where to go? choices are-northshields n upto blyth. or chester le street sunderland southshields then home. or ride to durham n back??? coffee .

I bought a laptop with Windows 8.1, I can't get used to it so I'm back using my old Windows 7 laptop with dodgy touchpad buttons because it's less frustrating than the new one.

Hate Windows 8 with a passion. So much so, that when I was gifted a brand new laptop, I took it back within 2 days.
I use a MacBook and a Mac desktop.

No commute home on a Friday is complete without a parcel containing cycling goodies waiting on my front door step . This one was an AyUp front light set. For those of you unfamiliar with the brand, this is an Australian company, and their bicycle lights are well known for their brightness and long battery life .
