Well, if you were to do Flemish bond in lego, you'd need as many 4's as 8's. Then you'd run a sequence of 4/8/4/8/4 and so on, then in the row above have an 8 centred on the first 4 but lapping 2 onto the 8. Then a 4 in the middle of the 8, then another 8 lapping 2 onto the 8 below, acorss the 4, and 2 onto the next 8. And so on. Corners will get interesting. Queen closers in Lego? Hmmmm.

Well Bobby that may be the case, but one of our drivers moved up to Inverness and now watches Caley, so I now follow their fortunes on sportscene. Did the friendly at S**t Andrews down here and my mate came down. I was intending to go to Hamilton last week, but something cropped up, so it is on for Motherwell on Saturday, fingers crossed.

I loved meccano

Two shops that sold sold the individual parts in the town centre.
One of those did the older parts, now hard to get hold of. Could never afford what I needed to finish anything.

Cheers for the heads up on the Bobby. I have seen they have a bunch of lively singers on the right of the away stand, but I take it the neds (chavs down here) don't do the game, just hang about looking for away fans. My mate doesn't do scarves, but I suppose a couple of guys with English accents could confuse them, but we will be in a bit of a hurry. 17:18 to Glasgow. What about Airbles? There is a 17:10 off there and a 6 minute change at Motherwell to get the same 17:18.
