Morning Bob and mikey, enjoy Brixham @the_mikey, looks like that's where we're going when MrsD retires, she grew up and went to school there (we got married at Berry Head recently too).
Typically the weather is looking bloody brilliant today, I cycled yesterday thinking it was my last chance this week due to travelling to see in-laws but MrsD informs me that we have a shopping for paint day today and journeying tomorrow... My cup runneth over, I am so happy...

Hi all.
I know it's the afternoon but I've been busy this morning. Off to work in an hour so thought that I would come and check in.
I've had an email from a lady in South Devon wanting to exchange flats. Now I can't get to S Devon to view this weekend as I have a dog to walk at 6pm on Saturday night otherwise I would be down there like a shot, next weekend is a BH so I'm not sure that I want to drive south with a caravan in tow, we could though and will if Hubster really wants to. In the meantime I've asked our Wendy to go and have a squint for me. Exchange lady has daughter and grandkids living locally so I am guessing that they will be doing the viewing for her. She wants a definite decision by October for notice putting in etc. As long as her landlord allows dogs we are happy.
We have heard nothing from the lass who was going to view our place, we've send a text to her but I think that she's not interested so we've crossed it off the list.
My tea is now ready to pour so I shall put my feet up for 20 minutes before work.
