Hi Bob, big Bertha is making her presence felt here so its a case of watching the rain
Fortunately we tend to keep an eye on the weather, so a few of us got a fair long ride in yesterday being aware of what was predicted today.

I got 30 in yesterday(with a wee detour to make it 30) and having been out Wed night, Fri aft and yesterday I'm more than happy. I said earlier today I don't mind a soaking but not heading out in it...
Wet here but pretty low key windwise...
The rain is handy for a pre wash soaking

Not a day for cycling here in dear old NI. The wind is howling, the rain is heavy and I can see white horses out to sea as I look across the bay. I'm starting to think my annual winter love affair with my turbo is going to start sooner than usual. Where did my summer TT season go

I find I actually prefer my winter outs...nothing to beat heading out in the dark and coming back early doors and the rest of the day is your own...

I'll be the gentleman with what I could reply..

It wasn't too bad, I do the occasional off road track like through Erskine Golf course yesterday, if I'm geocaching I can end up in some messy places. I could borrow my son's mountain bike but I prefer my hybrid. I think those skinny road tyres would struggle with me..
I thought of another bike next year but undecided..
