I was referring to weight loss post (well done by the way, assuming you mean you weigh less now and not that your legs haven't just suddenly got shorter than last time).

No, I just copied my iPod Classic's music library to it, and play it using Winamp. I have a good pair of speakers with subwoofer, and so it sounds pretty good . I think I'll do a Celtic theme this weekend. Tomorrow it will be: The Celts by Enya, and probably more Clannad: Macalla, Magical Ring, etc.

A short brisk walk with Mrs Mhor then an afternoon cream scone tea was this afternoon's jaunt..(el droolo)
I may do something very easy on the trusty steed tomorrow....
I must realise I'm an old git..not a young 'un.
My problem is that I tend to try and keep up with whoever I'm with..
I do better on my own..pace wise
