There is something you have to know, inkd. WD is in charge. Whatever stephec thinks, however much 172traindriver wants to be driving this particular train, there is only one Boss. Wise choice...my hubby works nights so I understand lol
I also did night shift as a nurse for 16 years

Have been doing nights for about 12 years but had a break for a year when I moved down to the New forest, I worked for New Forest ice cream but I could`nt handle the dayshift, I do miss the weekends off though. Nights just fits in with wife and kids, plus the money side of it
