Wax on. Wax off. Wax on. Wax off...
The end of the line!
Actually when I gave up smoking years ago, the first winter I suffered with a terrible throat infection. Then for a couple of years after I used to get bad throat infections in the winter. It sounds silly but I wonder if there was any relationship between this.
On a differnt subject. Can anyone recommend a car rack for my bike. One that goes on the back, and where I dont need a tow bar. And not expensive either?
Sounds interesting
Umm...well I'm not googling for 'strap-ons'...
Wobble Wobble WobbleDo you mind. Bleh
Could be, but ive been lucky and haven't felt ill or had any problems at all. No cough, colds, infections, nothing

I just wondered, it seemed odd that after 20 something years of smoking when I actually stopped I really suffered for a couple of years with bad throats etc. Still I reckon it was well worth it to stop that silly habit. Looking back I wonder why I was so stupid to start it all in the first place.
Still we all could think of things we should never have got involved with. Thank goodness I was actually sensible enough to do something about it.
Done my Otter route... 105k as a circular, 1163m climbing... this may be one of the things that you wished you never started in the first place..
