I thought I was the only one who used that 'saying'...I tend to use the Glesca accent so it sounds like 'baw-baws'

I've just remembered that my wife it taking my impossible father-in-law to London tomorrow as a birthday treat, and that gives me a free day, with a really nice weather forecast. I think I might do a hundred miler, so, route-planning time!! The only thing is I don't normally go too well on a day after fasting, and I'm fasting today. Therefore, I can see lots of cake in my planning.......
