I met someone yesterday who I haven't talked to for ages who told me she'd been diagnosed with FM, I was able to talk about it with her before some of the pain killer names came out, they were really long....

I can't tolerate much in the way of drugs but Voltarol works for me.
I was put on a new drug recently but it made me feel like a zombie so I don't take that!

I'll be off soon to get this shoulder injected then into town for a wander with hubby, who is on his week off.
I need to find cycling shorts for the boy as we go on holiday soon and he is taking his bike and wants 'shorts like mums'.
Then it's off to school for his review and to discuss any help he may need put in place for his new school year.
Hope to get out for a ride tomorrow!
