Too early to tell, though there were slight improvements at this weeks' Turbo Sessions - that may be down to other things though.

At first it was pretty rank, getting used to it now and I just gulp it down as quickly as possible - I have an issue with beetroot anyway from a child so it was never going to be my favourite. For me it was probably a 7 out of 10, reducing to a 6.

Is it really worth it?

It does have a noticable effect elsewhere as well.
I'd advise making sure they know what you're doing. Unless you don't mind the sudden attention it can bring.
