Yes high quality hand built silicone hoses. Mostly 4.2 mtrs long and 51 mm internal dia. They have to be built by hand on a mandrel in a lathe, 6 layers including the 3 mm nylon wrapped at 3tpi.
All jobs can get monotonous if you let them.

You do each start to finish or passed down the line & one or two processes each ?

I had a snooker team mate who worked a factory, much better paid than I am, but on the flip side, he worked with glass fibres & apparently many have health issues later, skin cuts, abrasions, skin rashes & respiratory stuff, they get I.P.E. (if thats right) but still suffer.

I built them from pre cut blanks from the other factory, when I've finished with them they just need trimming.

So what are they for? Hydraulic hoses for jcb,s or something?
