When doing Renue Inspection/Fraud kind of, I prefer to offer choices, get them to pick the good one, faster, less hassle, better for all - all round.

It's only my secondary job though, so on 'normal' duties it's just good cop, good cop, unless I meet an out & out @R$#0L€, then I turn green & rip my shirt off (don't know why but seems like fun).

The boy has been packed off to school.
He is grumpy as he is wearing his new school shoes....having Aspergers, buying anything new is a nightmare as he doesn't cope with buying it, trying it on or wearing it. I won't hear the end of it until about April!
