Having a nice steak sausage roll (my treat) as the butcher makes them with little oil and crap, so my stomach likes them

Hubby has gone over to the butchers, I have buttered the rolls and boiled the kettle....

All towels now hanging out to dry, wax and various brushes and sponges that I don't know what are for cleaned up and tided, now planning ride on Exe and Otter Estuaries via Aylesbeare Common... but first...

I'm on the southern side of the Severn, just east of Bristol , but my grandparents lived in Coleford.
Might get a bike ride in today , nothing too fast or furious though, then back to catch up on the Giro D'italia

I wouldn't expect too much from todays stage, bit of a show before proper stuff starts, more like a shakedown ride today!
Mrs went to school in Lydney, up until her wanderlust parents upped and came to South Devon in her early teenage years... they went back again eventually, near Chepstow but on Lydney side and are now up near Cardigan.. Had more houses than hot dinners over the years!
