The pad in a pair of Lidl cycling tights is not good enough for 40 miles. That's all I'm saying. Next time it's my running tights with a good pair of shorts underneath as the pad. Delicate.

Blog entry done for yesterdays ride, bit more detail but not about chafing. Another coffee I think, before dog walk, hoover (because I have a dog) and bike fettle.. (front mech a bit problematic yesterday and may need to move my saddle forward a smidgeon..)

Your poor dog. Your nasty to him. This coffee is wondrful . Ive just spent a fortune.£60 in petrol for car, and some for the lawn mower. Plus all the money on shopping. Good lord. How much?
