Really don't know what today is for me - not a riding day by the look of the weather.
Hubby is in bed until about 2 isn, having done is last night shift for a week.
I may do some photos for the website....

It's horrible out there. I don't sleep well so heard the rain starting during the night. Just walked the dog four and a half miles in constant heavy rain. Even with waterproof gear it still wasn't particularly pleasant. Makes it a long day when you feel cooped up because of the weather.

Hate exercising indoors so won't be doing that! Lol
The cat was all set for a wee curl up with the dog then realised she was damp so my knee is now getting nicely warmed so that means no movement for a while.

I don't like exercising either, but it keeps the old body moving.

Grrrrrr. Just had to pop out to the shop as the boy didn't have all the required food for his lunch.
Being a creature of habit (and Aspergers) he has the same lunch every day.
Now that's sorted, another cup of tea beckons!

The pad in a pair of Lidl cycling tights is not good enough for 40 miles. That's all I'm saying. Next time it's my running tights with a good pair of shorts underneath as the pad. Delicate.
