Is there a specific reason why the big horses heads were put there, or was it just a case of, "I think I'll do this?"

It's part of the Helix project, which was basically to turn wasteland between two towns, into a space for all to use.

Brain is pickled...I could have told you about the connection to the large workhorses which used to pull the barges along the canals in the area :smile:
Kelpies are a different (mythical) creature altogether!
