Afternoon Mr Bob. And how are you? Oh and the answer is no.
I'm fine after a cracking morning out....headed west up and up and across a rough forestry track then up and up..
views to die for....

Yep, those ears were helpful with tailwinds, not so good going in to the wind...

Well done SL! Furthest yet?

That's some place to live in Bob.. lovely. I didn't stop to take pictures really today... was either fighting against or enjoying the extra push of the wind and constant removal and putting on the showerproof jacket.
The urban area is not bad, I've lived in worse..
We do have spectacular views..
I spoke to a bloke(I'm a radio ham:ohmy: as is another regular on here) on a mountain top just N of Mull so not a wasted journey.....

Is it hilly Bob?
I live at approx 480 ft ASL and Scroggy Bank is 870 ft ASL, town road then cycle track for a mile then on to single track tarmac then through rough forestry track then single track tarmac then up, up and up a rough stony track, its exactly 12 ml from home rising steadily then the final push...
Its worth a visit on a day like today...

Right, I'm logging off..eyelids need recovery time before final Prem games kick off at 3pm... My tea keeps arriving without much input from me so that's good, this latest one might go cold though! See you later..:cuppa::tired:
