I'm fine. Shoulder seems to be getting less stiff although it's still sickening pain if I knock it or twist it the wrong way!
Don't know if I'll ride today...may catch up on housework as I have a few appointments this week, starting with the boys yearly hospital appointment for his CVS tomorrow.
