I'm fine. Shoulder seems to be getting less stiff although it's still sickening pain if I knock it or twist it the wrong way!
Don't know if I'll ride today...may catch up on housework as I have a few appointments this week, starting with the boys yearly hospital appointment for his CVS tomorrow.

Morning all! Just feeding my system this morning before getting going... nice feeling at last. Coffee, breakfast.. pack flapjacks, fill bottle, wrap up because although sunny there's a biting 17mph southerly...(for some reason the breeze is cold when coming from the south?) Morning all. On the 2nd cup of tea now so feeling human enough to come on to the interweb. Weather is nice in Norfolk at the moment. Will head out on a bike ride later this afternoon though. I have bike fettling to do first, before that the dogs are demanding another walk.
