I was most delighted to hear from Bobby that he enjoyed his ride around the picturesque country of Scotland today, and I am considering roasting some tasty root vegetables to make a risotto, such as might be eaten by those Italian Johnnies. And may I also add that Dorsetshire is most delightful at this time of year. Am a big fan of the stuff..All the black pudding they eat doon there does something to the blood....
the chippys up here do a wonderful deep fried version which isn't greasy at all..
On my trip out today, I was too early to enjoy haddock and chips...
the downside of leaving home early..next time

I like black pudding, but the stuff they sell here is rubbish. Not like english black pudding

Evening, just popped in, cooked a Thai curry dish, (no black pudding, aubergine has black skin, close as I got) now settling down for coffee and Liverpool v Crystal Palace on telly, have done a blog entry for my ride today, will probably cut and paste it to here at sometime soon.. phew, might not actually make it through the footie but certainly won't if MrsD doesn't turn over from the snooker final soon!
