I don't know...the tendon that runs from the big toe, along the front of my foot, is really sore to move and it's a bit swollen. Weird.

I've had that in my big toe before - it was so painful I thought I had broken it!
It feels similar but not in the same place. TBH, I've not had another with it since that one bout, and that was before my restricted diet.
