I am back from shopping.
We have:
PlanetXProCarbon.jpg
With Ultegra gearset, not the SRAM pictured. Larger size bike, the pic on the website only had a little one on.

The supplied for free saddle that goes with it was out of stock and will be for 6 weeks or more so I got a Selle Lady Flow saddle supplied FOC instead. A nice saving of £99.99. Hate the name of this saddle, you'd think that they would think of something a bit nicer

To keep me warm, on offer at £24.99 and very snuggly warm.

Hubster found:

He loves them. Just been out for a quick spin around the block to try them out. I tried them on (before we went out) and they fit well so I will get myself some too. Ladies bibs are always so expensive.

We also got a new pair of multi lens sunnies each too :becool:

After shopping and working up an appetite test riding various bikes, we popped off to the Meadow Hall centre, which was mostly shut being Easter Sunday. We explained why it was shut to a Muslim family who stopped and asked us why. I was a bit worried about offending them by explaining about our Christian observance but they were fine. Not like when I lived in Stoke and had to explain why the shops were shut on Xmas day to a family who must have been brand new in the country, but I digress. We went and found the Harvester, had lunch and then came home and went for a ride.
Now in PJs, cups of tea in hand and giving consideration to some wine in a min.

That beats a chocolate egg.

Oh. Lovely bike saluki. Well done. She is beautiful. Hope you have a lot of fun with her.
I have a 3 week wait on the build. I have 42cm bars, an 80mm stem, that posy nobby saddle with the horrid name, different wheels than the 501s (out of stock so have the next ones up), non standard brakes as they are out of stock so have 105 brakes (bike doesn't come with ulgegra brakes for £999 unsuprisingly).

I am going to call him Blue. I think that its a boy bike. I just cannot see myself riding a girl bike somehow.
