We have 5 chickens we bought last year. They are great for clearing land. They peck and scratch away and can clear a hell of an area completely in a very short space of time

Sadly, we are only 'babysitting' them for the weekend..
Mrs Mhor has brought them home from her work.
The nursery 'gets' them for a week to let the kids see them etc....

The eggs from them are beautiful. You can't get much fresher can you. From chicken to frying pan in 5 minutes.

I remember them from when I worked in a farm as a boy (nope not after I built the ark for Noah)..
I'm getting left in charge of the wee balls of fluff:thumbsup:

Fresh organic eggs are fantastic. And the yolks are more yellow than the ones you buy in the shops. And they arn't runny and watery like the ones you buy in shops either.
