It was foggy here at 7am, but by 9am it had all gone and the sun came out.

Its a dryer not a washer!

Had an "engineer" come out once and upon pulling the machine out "spotted the problem" straight away.
It was the two water inlets that meant water was getting in. Pointing out that it was a washer, what did he expect got the answer that he was here to fix a dryer. It was all he did.
