I can't. I can't stretch without extreme pain (spondylosis) and can't raise my right arm above my shoulder at the moment due to the (possible) torn rotator cuff

Hi peeps back again. Another 5 miles done in glorious weather. Gears work perfecrly now and I even managed to get up the first and steepest part of the lane I live on. Great day win win. Situation. Now showered, fed and washing on the line. Now ready to relax and recover.
