Ive never had one before, and I wasnt sure about getting one as I didnt know if they really work or not

I find wool makes me itch so I use synthetic base layers. I use pearl izumi base layers. Either the windproof winter long sleeve version or the lightweight summer one. Very good wicking properties.

I bought with cycling in mind only.
I also intend to try them when I eventually get round to getting back out on the hills once the snow disappears...although still snow above 2,200ft today..

Good huh? Well that's my annual shower over and done with. I have one once a year wether i need one or not. now the flies have gone
