i have just bought myself a merino base layer. The weather Is going to get better here. Yayyyyyy

I got two of in Dec and they are amazing worn below a soft shell type light fleece....
I regret not buying more....

Ive never had one before, and I wasnt sure about getting one as I didnt know if they really work or not

How did it feel to be back on your bike then

I wasn't sure about it until I was 5km into the ride, it felt good, legs need to see a few more hills but great on the flat stuff!

Just been for a short 18km spin on dry roads! The good news is I haven't forgotten how to ride the bike..

Just done a good 45 mins on the rollers. You certainly don't forget how to handle a bike.......or else
