I took my mum to London for a weekend about 12 years ago. We were there most of the afternoon. It was terrible.

Looks nice on the internet, though. Looks like some good railfanning in those parts.
Of course, this also looks nice, but it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_Union_Station can be a real drag at times as well. Off peak, interesting and romantic. Rush Hour, it's a real pit.

Union Station was in a few movies. It was in "The Untouchables", the baby carriage scene is the staircase I normally use.
