I cannot drive and no, I'd be doubled after 50 yards..
I can cycle 50 miles though:thumbsup:

I admit I can't. I only started cycling last August after a gap of 45 years. The furthest I have gone is 10 miles, but this year will be different. I can build up the miles...

Both returnees..
I got my bike through CTW scheme (its mine now) and remember my first time out, 7.5 ml and a mess after it....
I'm over 2,000 miles since...
I love my Polly....
I'm 60, 18 st plus...
I just hate hills:thumbsdown:

I hate hills as wel, but I don't have any choice. Finding flat bits ariound here is quite hard.....
I tried a cat 4 tonight...4 km from cycle track to top of the road..
I now realise I forgot the padded shorts...
I was off the bike 3/4 times....
It was good to head out, I pass on midweek stuff but another day maintaining part of 75, I wanted to cycle part of it...

I havn't been out yet this year, but I have been using the turbo trainer. As soon as the weather turns will be out... slowly.
