That is quite good service. In birmingham, if your house is burgled, they don't even come out to your house. They just take details over the phone and give you an incident number so you can call your unsurance company and start the ball rolling.

Some crimes arnt worth bothering about as far as the police are concerend and burglary is one of them. Unless they catch them red handed they don't bother, or want to know.
