I would love to cycle the 'Old Road' between Limassol and Paphos, Cyprus. Fantastic trip on what used to be the main road but now has less traffic because the coastal motorway was developed some years back. The scenery and historical sites are just fab - I have driven, but never cycled, along it and would love to return.

Might get my chance this year or next. A Cypriot friend from the mountain village beside the one we stayed in for a couple of years told me last year that he had a good mountain bike that he bought for his son sitting idle and that I could use it. It wasn't mentioned until the end of last years holiday so I haven't seen it, however, I will be trying to make contact to see it this year at the start of the holiday. I'm hoping it will suit and that we can come to some mutually agreeable arrangement for my use of the bike over this and future years. It would save me lugging my own bike along when we start going for the winters.
