Yeah, I guess its true, about the cold being drying as well... its the mind associating heat with dryness. I lived in new hampshire, new england for about 2 years and all I can remember is the glorious glorious snow lol.... not the spine curling cold winds nor the cracked lips & dry skin. and that's probably bcos its just sun & rain and more sun & rain for most of my life :biggrin:
I've got about 10 inches of snow right now, but it is warming up . This morning, it was 14 below zero Fahrenheit. Very dry, due to the humidity freezing out of the air. US mainly seems to be having a hard winter from the plains to New England, and very very dry in California.
