I'll take one of those on the still shot for the bike. They may say they never saw me, but not that they didn't hear me!

Well until I said it was falling as sleet it was dry here. 'Uddersfieds' an odd place. You were warned the last time you said you were there!

Went through the most incredible hail storm and lightning display this afternoon. Belting along full into it, it was amazing.

Brief period of wet weather, blustery, but not that bad.
Siren heard earlier today was a newly installed/temporary one. Work ongoing to build a wetland park in a valley at risk of flooding! Council planned of course.

IT seems a lot of peole are having really bad weather today. thank god its not just me.

It has dried up here, although still windy. Tomorrow is due to be bad again so it's Saturday karaoke for Mrs Blue and me 'coz we walk 2 miles each way to the pub - life is a beach, eh .

I went to Goodwill today, and bought an old Schwinn Frontier for $15, and a new bicycle pump for $10. Using the parts from the Schwinn for repairs to other cycles, and to upright a Fuji Grand Touring. Wheels will finish a Cannondale project for a friend. In weather, there is a lot of snow blowing around from the 1" snowfall last night. Coupled with 40mph winds, and a temperature drop as well. Tomorrow, 32 f and above, then a high of -4 f for Monday! I am thinking of repurposing my home as an arctic research station.

Could anyone post a link to the video I viewed on here. Its one where two scottish chaps were cycling during the night when a rabbit joined them out in front and they couldn't shake it off. Ive searched high n low for it.
