Morning Mrs D nice and chilled thanks. Got a cup of coffee had some toast and watching the fence steam with the sun on it. Lovely sunny morning but it has been well icy overnight again.

I take it you haven't been out for a ride today then

Not yet and don't think anytime today to be honest. Things like roofs out of the sun are still white and icy and I just went to the bin and had to yank the lid as if was iced to the bin. I hear one of the guys I know came off this morning on his way to the meet for the social ride they do on a Tuesday. He said he came to grief going up a hill!!!! Got out the saddle for a bit of an effort and next thing he knew he was on the floor in a heap. Few cuts and grazes and said it was virtually impossible to stand on the road without skating.
