That was me on a holiday on the Costa Blanca about 10 years ago before I got fat again. I was moderately fit then - i.e. I could cope with 750 miles of lumpy riding over the duration of my holiday (11 or 12 days cycling), but I wasn't fit enough to ride them quickly.
