Old git on old bikes
We use Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War as a dry fly, with a tapered gut leader. Gets the tourists to rise every time. And Route 66 with the same rig.
Tourists come here looking for "Hollywood" Scotland and get rain, drizzle, weet oot', mist, sleet, snow, midges, fog, single track roads, sheep and an unintelligible language. Almost feel sorry for them.....not:laugh:

Luckily, this is my neighbourhood and even the tourists can't find me . At the top of the picture is an owl box, on the tree, put there by the local owl society. Its for barn owls. As yet though no owls have nested there.
