I tried fishing a few years ago, the 2nd fish I ever pulled out of the river was a pike... And that's when I stopped fishing.

That may be true but they're mosty friendly! I was given some seed for the ducks at Ogden Water but didn't understand a word that was said, but then I am from the South West so I may have been equally as unintelligible to them.
