The great lakes are great, as is british columbia. Superb scenery. Bits of America are ok though.

Stayed in Calgary and went into the Rockies....really enjoyed my time there

The British authorities will have to adjust their thinking a bit. It'll be a good excuse for some of the managers to go on an expenses paid fact finding mission to Canada.

Numerous fact finding holidays, then it will take them at least 10yrs to start the ball rolling. And a further 30 yrs to finish things.
