Do I need to get the spray plaster out?
It is the mary berry recipe...eggs at room temp iirc...she is making one a week, and lemon drizzle is my fave :smile:


I don't do eggs in the fridge ever, but is that the one where you have to weigh the eggs and then use the same weight in butter and flour and sugar? like the WI suggest?

I love lemon drizzle cake. I do make a good cheese cake.


I still have 1/2 a large lemon drizzle left.

Yeah apparently (I never have) when doing a victoria sponge that is what you are supposed to do I saw it on Hairy Bikers, it is what the WI recommend I suppose it makes sense if you have different size eggs.

I suppose it would make sense. I have my own chickens and we get eggs of various sizes. It would also be easy to remember the recipe as well.
