I have that too but it messes with my head, my doc has taken me off it. Has your doc given you Perisizin, its an anti anxiety tablet? Very useful.I don't know Rescue Remedy, but I have Citalopram!

This is my daily routine, must be why I have never had panic attacksI had a similar feeling when I decided to pop out for some milk earlier. The doc has given me tablets but I find Rescue Remedy works faster and is better. When feeling anxious, I find about 3 cups of tea an hour really helps, as daft as it sounds. Maybe its because I am busy hotting the pot etc.
