Never be sorry about Pink Floyd.Saw them several times in the 60's and 70's. Great band.

My fav track from RW's solo career.

IMO Gilmour was the 'sound' of the Floyd but he wasn't the greatest lyric writer.

We've had pizza for tea, and a side serving of greens. Odd, but they needed using up.

Back to work tomorrow, and we've got a new casual worker doing a shift, so I'll probably have to show him the ropes. Still, as it's NT, I know we'll get on alright!

Oh, and we have doors fitted upstairs, and one door handle. It would be both, but the one we bought for the bathroom turned out to have the wrong sort of lock widget, so NT will need to go back and change it.

The bathroom is fully painted (after NT needed to do some plastering over the windowsill), and the tiles restuck at the base of outside of the shower. If they don't stick on this time, we'll glue them up with No More Nails.

Bought some "deep filled" mince pies on the way home, from Morrison's.

Deep filled with air!

We got some much nicer ones from a local baker's stall on the Christmas market in Manchester on Saturday, shallower pies, but filled all the way!

I hate that. Sometimes you can buy deep meat filled pies and like those ones they aren't. And the problem is you have to pay good money for that as well.

At least these were only a quid for 6. But really is better to spend more, less often, and get a satisfying treat.
