As long as I don't have to cycle up the steep hill from Elland, then the downhill to Hudds would be ok!

Its not that steep, but its just over two miles long.

I don't know of any hills that long around South Glos, they're all short and steep, but not very long..

It was long and mostly gentle with some slightly steeper bits, and one of the lower bits looked like a descent, but really it was still a climb. I plan to return to this hill with the road bike when winter has passed.

Erm I hope you don't mind me saying this, but isn't it a wee bit early for Christmas decorations ? It is only 1st dec after all. Think of the dust they will attract.

I recommend December 26th!

By the time you get to the 26th, you've missed Christmas Day, so you might as well put them away again for another year ...

I'm not a very lucky person anyway. I just don't like them. They are just dust catchers.
