Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Many years ago, my mum was cooking liver and onions. I thought the combination smelled delicious so I thought I'd give liver a try. Bleaaaaaaaaaargh! xx(

I used to like liver and onions, but nowadays liver is really dry and not nice at all.

Not that I am ever going to eat liver again, but ... why has liver changed? Is it the way that farm animals are reared these days?

I have no idea. I dare say experts will say that farming now is the same as it has always been, but i don't think meat tastes the same nowadays. Farmers would probabvly disagree.
