OK Devon is on the list to cycle now. I can see that in my retirement i need to find a job where i only need to work November -April. Too many places to cycle in the other 6 months.

I love those Scandinavian series on TV.....but am not so enamoured with Tunnel (on Sky Atlantic) which is just like The Bridge.

i like the tunnel.

did you see The Bridge, though? I think if I'd not seen that one first, I would be enjoying Tunnel more. I suppose it's knowing what the plot is and how it ends, is what disappoints me.

I am such a big fan of the European dramas that the BBC have bought us in recent years. The quality of writing and direction is superb. I don't have Sky but i assume that yet again the Americans have done their version of the drama just like they did with The Killing. What i saw of the American version was dreadful.

The Bridge was excellent and there is a second series coming to the BBC in 2014 too
