Dog's had a quick walk and is now glaring through the patio door at the TV repair man who is up a ladder in the garden fixing the landlords' aerial. I have yet another on the go and am gearing myself up to plot yesterday's route on bikehike to see just how hilly it was.

Well I can't wait any longer to see bob. It is now time for me to be brave and confront the beast, otherwise known as the trainer. I will try and find some rubbish to watch to while away an hour. If I am lucky enough to find something with vin diesel or Jason statham in it, hell, I could be hours.

Photography thread hmmmm thats where people ask what lens, filter, f stop or exposure you used. When I reply Auto setting old boy, Auto setting, nobody talks to me anymore

Horizontal rain has ceased, wind is abating. Tucking in to warmed Bagel, cream cheese and beetroot jam with lots of tea. Life doesn't get much better than this
