Joking apart, it is not an easy decision. Linnie was beautiful, but I was very wary because so little was known about her. Also if she did not get on with Tasha, I would have felt terrible if I had to return her to the cattery.

Bob is, I hope, young enough to adapt to sharing a home with another cat. In the unlikely event that he has to return to the cattery, he will still be a resilient young cat, not a twice "abandonned" older cat.

Simple solution: Move the trampoline further away from the conker tree.

You might be onto something, but I think the trampoline should be under the conker tree so that the conker tree fallers have a boingy landing.
