I have been weeding, pruning, and decomposting the compost bin And eating cake!

I have now had a shower, and will be then Chinese takeaway, followed by watching Robin Windsor, followed by Montalbano.
As you can see, this is very much a rock and roll lifestyle.

We were in Sainsburys today and they were selling mint chocolate flavour pringles

Just back . Forest looks magnificent ,chatted to a guy on a disabled recumbent in Nomansland . The pigs were out eating the acorns
,the leaves in Bolder wood were all the hues of autumn. Everyone replied with a hello . A stop off at Beaulie for cappuccino and cake, then
following the Cycletta route to Bucklers Hard . . I love my Issac ,I will never need another bike . 51miles, no soreness.

Here too. No due to a hurt knee. Walked the dog, went down to get a bit of beer for later and watched the F1 qualifying, but that's about it today.

Tomorrow is our last day off and we will be getting the house sorted ready for the plumbers on Monday, We will have to clear the alleyway to give them access and move the bed so they have more room to move, so we will have 3 days of upheaval and cold. Last day to lie in, still once it is all done we will have hot water on tap and heating

My sisters had already stocked my cupboard with chocolate, but we were just in Lidl in Todmorden and they had a special offer on for cheapo dark chocolate. Ok it is only 50% cocoa solids but I got 600 g of chocolate for ... £1.02!!! (17 p per 100 g).

I will may find out that it is disgusting, but if it is - no harm done.
